Currently the Sugar Creek Township Fire and Life Safety Education areas consist of:

Fire Station Tours along with Fire Safety Messages
Fire Prevention and Disaster Preparedness
Safety Trailer demonstrations
Fire Prevention, Preparedness and Escape
Severe Weather Preparedness and Shelter
W.A.R.N. –Water Awareness in Residential Neighborhoods
All Ways Fire Safe- Fire prevention for those 50 and over
Poison Prevention Awareness
Community Helpers
Bike Safety for Elementary Age students
Risk Watch for Fourth Graders

Risk watch is a nine week course of study on Fire and Injury prevention which is currently being taught to all fourth graders at New Palestine Elementary and Sugar Creek Elementary.
